InfoComm International renews Trinity Dynamics’ APEx Certification
Louisville, KY, May 23, 2016—InfoComm International®, the trade association representing the professional audiovisual and information communications industries worldwide, has again recognized Louisville-based Trinity Dynamics as an APEx Audiovisual Provider of Excellence. Trinity Video’s re-certification is valid until June 21, 2017.
To achieve and maintain APEx certification, Trinity Dynamics had to satisfy several criteria, including the submission of customer surveys which proves their clients are satisfied with their work; ensuring a minimum of 25% of staff has CTS certification; and meet or exceed ANSI/InfoComm Standards for system design and coordination processes, as well as system verification. Trinity also had to sign the APEx Core Values Agreement, which outlines that Trinity will offer complete solutions, informed advice, and the best value for customers.
