Trinity Dynamics Acquires Assets of Programming Services Group, LLC (PSG)

Louisville, KY, November 4, 2015—Trinity Dynamics has acquired the assets of Louisville-based Programming Services Group (PSG), LLC a recognized audiovisual systems design integrator. This strategic acquisition strengthens Trinity Dynamics’ position as the region’s preferred audiovisual communications provider by adding additional software design expertise and a more expansive customer base.

Screen Shot 2015-11-05 at 3.21.19 PMA number of PSG employees, including CEO Al Kirby, will join Trinity Dynamics. Kirby, a respected 30-year industry veteran, will serve as AV Consultant. Kirby holds ACE Expert Certification in AMX system design, installation and programming. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in control system design and programming, including audiovisual and presentation electronics, architectural and performance lighting, and digital signage management.
