Wells Street Market – A Dynamic Space

Trinity is proud to have created and installed custom A/V solutions for the Wells Street Market, located in Chicago, IL. The Wells Street Market is a food hall and market that hosts a variety of restaurants and other things to do. Because of the Market’s ideal location and diverse food, drink and shopping options, it’s highly trafficked and a popular destination.

We helped make the space incredible by providing several high tech solutions:

AUDIO SYSTEM

We installed approximately 56 JBL High Quality Ceiling and Pendant Speakers throughout the facility, and we zoned them to allow for properly adjusting the levels and EQ throughout the various areas of the venue. We did this by using several multi-channel Crown Audio power amplifiers and a BSS Audio BLU-100 Audio Digital Signal Processor (DSP).

VIDEO SYSTEM

We installed two 55” Samsung Commercial LED displays back-to-back above the bar and a Direct TV Tuner to run content VIA HDBaseT extenders from the equipment rack to each of the displays.

CONTROL SYSTEM

We installed and programed a Crestron Control System to control the Audio and Video equipment, using an iPad as the touch screen controller. We even installed a Motorized In-Wall Passcode Locked iPad Docking/Charging Station to protect the iPad from damage or theft when it wasn’t being used.

WiFi SYSTEM

We installed two Xirrus Wireless Access Points and a 16-Port Router to provide secure wireless internet access for the Market’s vendors and the iPad used to control the A/V system.

SECURITY CAMERA AND NVR SYSTEM

We installed sixteen Honeywell IP 3 MP True Day/Night Fixed Mini-Dome Cameras throughout the facility and set up a Network Video Recorder (NVR). We also provided a special camera for the Firecakes stall that can be viewed not only on the main NVR, but also on a monitor located in the Firecakes stall.

EQUIPMENT RACK

We installed a 35RU Equipment Rack to house all the Audio, Video and Control gear, as well as the Wells St Market network equipment.
